Last updated: 15 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Medical Tours India website and related patient assistance / medical travel coordination services. By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Medical Tours India provides facilitation and coordination support for international patients seeking medical treatment in India. We help with medical report review coordination, hospital/specialist introductions, treatment estimates, travel and stay assistance, and related patient support.
We are not a hospital, clinic, or replacement for a licensed medical practitioner. Medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment decisions are made only by qualified doctors and healthcare institutions.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you submit an enquiry on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorised to do so and that the information provided is accurate.
3. Nature of services
Our services may include:
- Receiving and forwarding medical reports for specialist/hospital review
- Helping identify suitable treatment options and care destinations
- Sharing estimated treatment cost ranges provided by hospitals/specialists
- Assistance with appointments, travel planning, accommodation, and local support
- Follow-up coordination as reasonably requested
Availability of any hospital, doctor, appointment slot, visa outcome, or treatment option is not guaranteed and depends on third parties and applicable regulations.
4. No medical advice; no outcome guarantees
Content on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice. A "free medical opinion" or treatment estimate facilitated through us is subject to review by qualified clinicians and may change after in-person evaluation.
We do not guarantee treatment results, recovery timelines, exact costs, or suitability of any procedure. Outcomes vary by individual medical condition and clinical judgment.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information and documents
- Not misuse the website or submit fraudulent enquiries
- Comply with visa, immigration, hospital, and travel requirements applicable to your journey
- Make independent decisions about treatment after consulting qualified medical professionals
6. Third-party hospitals and services
Hospitals, doctors, laboratories, hotels, transport providers, and other partners are independent third parties. We do not control their clinical care, billing, policies, or availability. Any agreement for medical treatment is between you and the healthcare provider.
7. Fees
Some coordination assistance may be complimentary at the enquiry stage. Any fees for services, hospital treatment, travel, or accommodation will be communicated separately where applicable. Hospital bills and medical costs are payable to the relevant provider unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Website content and intellectual property
Website text, design, logos, and materials are owned by Medical Tours India or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medical Tours India is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or coordination services, including decisions made based on website information, delays by third parties, visa refusals, treatment complications, or hospital billing disputes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Privacy
Personal and medical information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
